Ugra is an independent label making all-leather shoes and bags- sculptural in form, functional by design. Every piece is made to order in India by skilled artisans using full-grain leather and time-honoured techniques. We don’t mass‑produce; work begins only after an order is placed. With design, precision, and longevity as our focus, each item is built to stand the test of time. Ugra means fierce, and that’s the energy we bring into everything we make.

How long does delivery take?
Each pair is handcrafted to order. Delivery typically takes 15–20 business days within India and 15–25 days internationally.
Why made to order?
Zero overproduction, zero dead stock, and a product made just for you - built slow, built to last, and kinder to the planet.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free within India.
International: Flat ₹6,000 - roughly $70 / €65 / £55 / AED 270 - and that price already covers all taxes and duties.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is made‑to‑order, we don’t hold inventory for standard returns.
- Size exchanges are possible on unworn pairs within 7 days of delivery (shipping at customer’s cost).
- All sales are final.

Do you offer refunds?
